We need a regulator for real estate otherwise these people won't stop taking us for granted. Right now seriously all we can do is create an awareness amongst innocent buyers looking to invest their lifetime of savings into these projects. I need the database list of the buyers or investors in primero. The promised date of completion was 31.3.2012 it's 2013 and the building isn't half complete. They have launched 8 new projects after primero and to much of our amusement even today their representatives promise a completion of any project in just 3 years.
