Q: Planning to buy a 2BHK in nallagandla. Its not a gated community. Individual apartment. What is the avg price per sq ft there right now?

Hai all... Thank u soo much for d response... M a complete novice and planning to 2bhk so that my parents can come n settle here.. Other wise i too can stay.. Its approximately opposite to aparna cyber commune... Builder is quoting 2450/- per sq ft... For amenities which include car parking n generator n lift he is charging 2lakhs. Q: Hai! I finalized an apartment at Nallagandla for a price of 27L. Builder is going to register the semi furnished flat with land value of 13L. And later 14L for construction cost. My questions are:1. What are the current stamp duty and regustration charges.2. What is the service tax percentage? Will that be charged for 13L or 27L. Do i need to pay service tax even though my builder is not a big brand service provider. I am with an opinion that service tax will be applicable as per the service provider.Your response will be of a great help for me. Thanks
