Any one booked in Aratt Vivera on Begur Road
Q: Hi, I have booked an apartment in Aratt Vivera on Begur road. Have been around 6 months, not getting proper updates from Aratt Guys. Do you have any information.

Arrat sales team mentions that launch price will not be less than 4000 per sq ft. Not sure if appartment launched as this rate will be picked by end users. Pls let me know your opinion on the same.
