Buying a flat in Ittina Akkala
Q: We are considering to buy a 2BHK in Ittina Akkala. We have been told that it is Land-owner's share of flat. It is not fully constructed. App no is B 1002. Can anybody please help us in providing information about the project? How is the construction? are all the legal papers and approval clear ? Is the project approved by LIC or SBI? We will highly appriciate any help. Thank you -Janki

Buying Flat in Ittina
Q: Hi, I just want to buy a flat in Ittina Akkala, I was told by Builder that there are 3 pent houses available on 10th floor of area 1535 and 1625 sq. feet.The flats are available in Wings B and H.Can anyone please confirm if there are any issues with the prpoerty on 10th floor or if I can go ahead with the property
