Q: HI, I am planning to book a flat in Charitha Green Woods project. Any suggestion around the Charitha Green Woods project / Sri Charitha developers / their past projects will help me decide. Thanks in advance.

The quality of the work carried in the flats is not worth. 1. Nobody will be there to take responsibility (you have to be behind people to get it done) 2. Up and downs in floor tile fixings. Even when you point them, the worker gets the +ve side 3. Toilets tile will be fixed at your own risk.
