Documents required for buying resale property
Q: What documents should I get if I buy property in resale?

My comments to replies
Dont miss taking all in originals only. Even if they say they will give later and give u photocopies, then do not agree. OC is also very important for ready properties.
All answers are very confusing & contradictory to each other.Will some one consolidate especially for "A" Khatha property in Bangalore from seller to buyer & for bank loan by buyer
