ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.

I am not available during the suggested dates. But I think we should not wait for everyone. First meeting is very important and try to assemble as many as possible in the proposed dates. As I am in Kanpur I can reach Lucnow on any Saturday/Sunday.(After 24th Feb.)

We (myself and my my friend) booked two flats in PD1, My friend received the same letter. On contacting, Ansal has asked to pay about 3-4k. Some dues which could not be paid at that time. So he has paid that. Now Ansal assure that some other formalities will also be completed and construction work will start within 2-3 months. Let's see. I and my friend can join you in this battle. I would suggest we should jointly file a case. First a legal notice can be issued. Hi Ratnesh, Me and my one friend have received call notice. We had booked in PD1. The matter is same as you stated and last date to pay is 20.6.2014. What to do now? I have also booked a flat in PD1, and still hoping to hear some thing good...they assured that all problems were solved and soon construction work would be started. I think we all must unite and fight.
