No update. 3 weeks back I was in project site. They have boundary, site office etc..and builder confirm me work will start from 1st week of feb'13

Hi Kousick this is a upcoming, premium residential project at Sector-16, Noida Extension. The construction of the project shall be carried out as per structural drawings checked and certified by IIT for Seismic Zone-IV, and the possession is after 36 months.

The construction already started in 2012 and the possession date will be 2015. As per my knowledge HDFC might have approved the project. Have you already invested in the project?
Yes. My loan is in pre aproval stage from HDFC. 1 month back I was in Site, No excavation started at that time.only fencing work and site office. Thanks for this info. R u book this project?

Hi, according to my knowledge, Soho Mascot project is approved by HDFC bank and they are bound tp pay the installments if your loan is sanctioned. What problem are you facing???

My loan has sanctioned..but last friday I got call from HDFC the SOHO project is officially aproved from HDFC last Friday(23rd Aug)..Now they required TPT and others documents from Builder...

Hi, i am enquired about the project and it seems that the location wise it is good if u have planned to living purpose.I talked with HDFC bank. They said they can give pre aproval of loan.
