Q: I heard the news regarding the dispute over the title regarding with Sy. No 21 and 22 (municipal No. 5) is it true ?? Because I am planning to buy a 3Bhk in this property..

My comments to replies
yes litigation is going on between Defence and land owners with respect of Sy .No 21 & 22 of J.B. Kaval at present entire survey is going on after the judgement passed in Hon`ble High court of Karnataka in favor of land owners.
what is that disputes is this very serious ?? even i sawd some of defence people have surveying near gangamma circle near Wellington park on 5/11/12
