Q: I am searching for people who have purchased flat in QueensTown.

Hi i have booked my flat in queens town, agreement and all payment has made however builder is asking additional payment for the delay, he is charging interest from date of booking, it should be after agreement.. pls suggest how to deal/ anybody is facing same problem with MSR queens town?
