Is this ethical business if builder charging extra for car parking & if this charges are not mentioned in the Agreement , suddenlty at the time of final demand letter if builder is not giving final demand letter unless and until customer need to pay parking charges.
Hi Bhalchandra/ Anshuman, I had booked flat in Acura A wing in Jan 2009 and still not got the possession which they were supposed to give by May 12. They are asking for parking charges and saying you won't get parking if you don't take parking. What is the solution for this?

even I booked the flat in Acura A wing, now they are asking for a huge amount for parking, please let me know what is course of action from your side I decided not to take the parking
