Latest Answer: I have taken SBI loan from Mumbai because i stay in Mumbai. For the loan sanction it took about 2 months. I think you are booking the under construction flat. For the getting the two agreements from SNN (Agreement to Sell & construction agreement) i think you have to pay initial amount from your pocket. SNN Builders have provided the commencement certificate, advocate report of nil encumberence, plan copy. Slight delay was there in documentation which was due to commencement certificate copy which was all in kanada and SBI had to get translated before proceeding for sanction of loan. Only you need to follow up with SBI regularly so that you can get the loan sanctioned fast. bhaskar
