SBI Home Loan
Q: SBI Home Loan: Hi, I have recently bought a flat at Raj serenity and planning to apply loan from SBI Bank. Could anyone, who has already taken loan from SBI, give some pointers. If the loan got sanctioned smoothly or were there any issues while getting the loan sanctioned due to any problem from the builder side (lack of reqd docs etc). Kindly revert back at the earliest. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your response Sagar. I had enquired in SBI and looks like they are providing home loan, but they didnt agree to start the processing before sales agreement. However, these people are asking for 27% (7% from bank) at the time of sales agreement. Has anyone else also faced similar issue? if yes, what's the alternative (other than going to a different bank of course)Thanks for your response Sagar.
