Need suggestion to buy a property in medchal athvelly village.
Q: Hi, I am looking to buy a property in medchal athvelly village. It is an individual house and the plan is approved by medchal panchayat but not having HMDA Approval. When asked about the same builder is telling HMDA approval is not neccesary for that as the project is on 6 acres land. and the same is required if only land is more than 10 acres. I need the suggestion for buying the property and also whether to buy or not. With all other things, I am preity much satisfied.

Hi all, I am also searching properties in this area and I came across one of the good project Jayadarsini Township by Jayadarsini Housing Private Limited. The project is quite close to the central bus-station, Medchal 3 km away.
