Sale of undivided share and covered parking to penthouse owners
Q: Can builder sell the undivided share and covered parking to penthouse owners for which the paln is not approved by BBMP?what are the possible action that we appartment owners can take on builder. Initially builder had communicated that the penthouses will be given for rent only and it will not be considered for parking and undivided share.But now we have come to know that he is selling penthouses with undivided share and parking space.

Latest Answer: In santosh case. If he check the sales agrement builder must have mentioned that owner will have no right on terrace. This is general practice in bangalore n illegal. Santosh same case here....UDS will get share but say 2 parking space for visitors should not be given to pent house guys
