Watch Out for such fraudsters.
Q: My flat No. 105, Jaya Emerald, Opp. SCT College has been put for sale by a real estate broker - Madan. I have never put up my property for sale. Do not deal with Madan of Ikya Properties. He is a fraud. When confronted, he says the owner's son has put up the flat for sale. I do not have any son. He is lying. Watch Out for such fraudsters. I was shocked when people started coming up to my apartment to say that I had put my apartment for sale. I have been staying there from the time the building was constructed. I have never put my apartment for sale. Madan, the realtor is lying and is a cheat. In everyone else's interest, watch out for such deals. There are fraudsters.

Latest Answer: well this is a common problem with the agents, they post some miss information to get contact details from prospective buyers. once they get the call, they say, sorry madam / sir that property is gone.. i have similar properties would you like to have a look at them... ... i stopped looking at teh adverts posted by any agent altogather..
