Raj K - Yes the quality of construction is sub-standard. I have booked a flat in Sai Purvi lotus in HSR layout and i am observing that they always defer the pending tasks to next stage. I can even quote their name. One is Mr.Verma and other Tarak. And they have a contract with a tile company called Western Marbo and by looking at the tiles(38 Rs per Sq Ft) that will be used for flooring, i would say its pathetic.
