Q: Booked a flat in gopaln atlantis. Want to join the forum.

Hi, Anyone did verification of the project from the lawyer. Marketing team is claiming that they have approval upto 7th floor. I am curious why they did not get approval for all floors. There are some empty space in the front. Are they planning to come up with any commercial complex there?
Hi Arindam.. i had been to company to conform about approvals. they said initially they got approval for only 7 floors. latter they took approval till 11th floor . i saw the documents.
