Hi Ranjith, KDP Ethos project is not yet started.. I booked in Aug 2011 and till now GDA approval has not come. I want to know the situation now...whether this project is scrapped or working ....
Hello Ranjan, I have found out through my sources that this project is already for sale. It is a residential apartment, I/2 and 3 BHK with 810 sq. ft. The price will be available on request.

Ranjan , even i am wondering why the construction is delayed. For futher information you can talk with the builder.
Hi Monika/ Indranil, I had a talk with the builder, they also stated that the project is delayed due to awaiting of approval from GDA.... it will take some time.... how much that is not known...

Hi Mr Maitra, this is a plot project offering 100sq yard to 150 sq yard plots. They also have residential units and the size ranges between 450 Sq.ft to 675 Sq.ft Are you looking for end use purpose or investment?
