Q: Hi, as I have finilised to go ahead with one of the odd sites which are the only ones available according to the srr group. During my visits I have noticed even though there are about 40 villas ready and assume about 35 families already started staying? Can anyone tell me how the life in Exurbia is as I have 8 year old child, I also want to know any school bus comes inside the building? I want to know how the life there. Any water problems? How about groceries and daily needs like vegetables etc.,? Please someone can answer my queries.

Hello all, I am planning to buy a plot in SRR Hyde park. I would like to know about this builder. Since you guys have already dealt with them, you can throw some light.. From the discussion above I understand common amenities are delayed, and villa construction is also delayed.. Are all the sites released by BMRDA? hello everyone, I visited Icon Malgudi today. The layout is under development. Got to know that it will be another 8 months till project completes. First 60% plots are released by BMRDA, so some plots can avail loan. For the rest 40% you need to pay cash. I am looking forward to buy a plot in phase 1. Prospect wise, it seems to be good, as there are some houses within 500 meters from the layout. So I can hope this layout picking up population in next 5 years. The builder quoted price of 1550/sq ft for west facing and 1600/sq ft for East facing plots. My concern is about the reputation of the builder. The builder is seems to be fairly new. They have completed only one project in Anekal called PSR Icon valley, that too under a different brand name! They have another project nearby called Grand Icon, which is also under development.
