Want to sell 2BHK flat at Palakkad, what price range can we quote?
Q: I want to sell a 2BHK 1200 sq feet flat at Palakkad - Shekaripuram, its 4 yrs old. Wookwork done, semi furnished, covered car park etc. What is the price range we can quote. Is this a good time to sell. Reason, we want the money for investment and closing some loans in Chennai.
