Want to get out of this hell
Q: Its the hell, u are always approached with dsmax guyz... no roadmap when & for what we should contact Kmf builders, never come to picture, they themselves are confused and not clear on their roles,internal fights, false promises, low prices low quality of services. Don't rely and don't get to this hell, kmf or dsmax all liars and rude.

It sounds very scary... Anybody wants to share their thoughts. I have a flat in B-block.
Amlan, how is/was your experience with DS-Max ?? I am also planning to book one in their projects.

Q: I am planning to buy a property from DS Max in Sherwood. Before buying I want details about the project. Please help

Hi All I booked flat in the same project on 16 Feb 14 and, project suffice all legal prerequisite e.g. BBMP approval, "A" khata, SBI approved so we need not to think much about :) If something i missed out pl suggest.
