Q: At L-Zone dwarka, What i have heard that intially builders are asking for land cost which is min 15L..on which there is no loan..Now my concern is that how a cnormal salaried person can buy property as 15L is very huge amount & same is not possible without loan..
Latest Answer: Dear Mr. Bachetti, It is a fact that for many individuals to pay 15 lakhs towards the land cost in one go is an expensive affair. This is a trend which is in the L Zone market and investors, because of no other options are investing this high amount. I will not advise you to take a personal loan and pay around 15%-16% as interest and then take another loan at construction.
