Q: Artha has been a well rated property marketer for various builders.. This time they are tied up with MBR group who are not much known in the Bangalore market.. But the property location is Sarjapur which is on high demand these days..

Could you please confirm whether anybody has booked a villa at BrickField GemPark?
This is NOT approved by BMRDA yet. Need to be careful till they get BMRDA approval
