Q: Hi, I have booked an apartment in ADVAYA (kovur). I am yet to sign the agreement. The agreement had some unusual clauses which made me panic. Looking for an opinion/feedback from previous purchasers.

Hi ... I also booked a house in Advaya on June 2012, They said they will begin construction on Aug / Sep . But till they have not yet started anything but got the 20% amount from me . No proper response if I call them also . I am much worried abut their poor response . Is this the same case for others also ?Hi ...
