Shriram Suhaana apartment issue with project approval.
Q: We have booked a flat with Shriram Suhaana (expected completion Aug 2014) a month ago, now they have informed us due to MoEF new proposal of 100 ft. wide approach road the project approval G+13 has been stalled. Would like to know whether other customers have also faced such problem who have recently blocked flats with G+8 and above projects?

Hello Maitree, What did the builder say? Is he going to provide any other apartment?
The latest information I have regarding the Shriram Suhana is they have not received the approval letter from the BDA and BBMP as on 18th Dec 2012. As per them they have applied and got the approval from the authorities. But the strange part is letter is not dispatched to them.

Hi myself Sunil and i too purchased 2 BHK Flat in the same project. Before booking I checked the legal Docs which was crystal clear & the background of the builder is fantastic since 30 years.
Hi Sunil, In which block you booked your flat? What was the price quoted per SQFT? And when builder is planning to give possession? Could you please share these details? Thanks
