Has any other buyer in Riyo been asked for service tax payment on the advance payment made to jaycee homes?
Q: I have booked one 2 bhk flat in pre launch. Now the builder is demanding service tax on the advance payment. My question is if the construction is not yet started then how come they ask for service tax now. It should be paid only construction starts or atleast when all the documents are in place

Hi Vishal, I am also b buyer in Bhagtani Riyo. Have you paid the service tax?
I have paid the Service Tax and will get the receipt from them after 60 days only. this information provided by builders office only.
