Hi Why some of the apartments in Purva Sunshine don't have A-Katha?
Q: Is there any violations? Is it for some blocks? Is there occupancy certificate for all blocks?

Hey Joshy, did you get any further info? I'm also interested in an apartment in Purva Sunhsine. But, some say that they don't have an OC, and hence they can never get an A-khata. Is that true?
