Just registered my agreement last week. There were 4-5 others also who were getting their agreement registered on the same day. There was also a newspaper advt. last week which mentions Meadows possession in Oct 2016 while the agreement states Aug. 2015. So don't expect possession till 2016-17.

The work on the project is at a complete standstill. The flat/shop purchasers have formed an association the Meadows Owners Welfare Association to interact with the builder and take necessary steps for welfare of the flat/shop purchasers. All flat / shop purchasers are requested to contact Deepak Trivedi and become members of the association. Nothing concrete. They said that because some other project was nearing completion all their workforce was deployed there. Meadows work will start after Jan/feb 2014. I have heard that the work is going on at snails pace. Is it advisable to put further money into the project or get out of it? Has anyone asked for a refund?
