How is the place and project?
Q: Thinking of buying a flat here. Would like to know the quality of construction, amenities, distance from various facilities, the community etc.

Quality is great, Inside finish is good, outer finish is not great, it is closer to OMR (400mtrs), may be 2 kms from toll, amenities include jogging, park, clubhouse (not ready yet), pool (not ready), 100% back up power inside house and common area, childrens play, badmindon court(not ready) I am selling a flat 3 BHK 1600Sqft.
