Hi, Is there an active Group of the owners of Purva Windermere??
Q: I would like to join the same. Can you also let us know what is the latest on their Car Parking offering? They say NO Car Parking, and all opetions are only Open Car Park and that too Tandem Type, which is going to be a big inconvenience to all.Also like to know more about their promisees Vs deliverables.

Q: Hi. I have booked a 3BHK flat in phase II. Do any one know about the construction activity of phase II.? Please share with me. They have promised April'2016. I heard that they will never deliver on time. Is it true.....? I heard from my friends that They have delayed OMR project for more than three years.

Pathetically slow.Now they are denying entry to owners citing safety reasons.I could see hardly any construction activity in site
