Hey Guys,
I am interested in a 30*40 plot at ozone. Everything went well until I was told that I need to pay a maintenance fee every month for the plot 1 month after its been purchased. I find this ridiculous since there is nothing built there yet or the project has not even been completed. This one issue has been putting me off. Like many, this is an investment idea and I don't intend to build anything there as yet. The way I see it it needs a good 5-6 years before everything on paper can be seen in concrete.
Has anybody else picked up a plot here? if yes, are you all paying the maintenance fee? Any feedback is much appreciated.

Sitrus valley was formerly known as Nigama properties, Please visit Aero view first to get the exact picture of this builder.Not even basic development work is done. Aero view project development is at stake not even 10% of the promised amenities were given
I saw the sai medows and sitrus valley projects from this builder. Seems like they have done good job. Aero view project looks like it has nothing, just an emty field. I don't understand how that can happen. Recent projects look good. I am planning to buy a plot in sai medows/sitrus valley/sitrus medos. Please help me form an informed desicion.

My comments to replies
The project also includes 4 holiday home cottages and much more. Golden Mile is one of the finest projects in Bangalore, developed by Bizpro Properties Pvt. Ltd. It is spread over 40 acres of serenity, comprising 180 plots ranging from 1800 to 8000 sq. ft. The basic selling price of the plot is around Rs 500 per square feet.
