Hi, We are thinking to invest on a plot in NORTH side of Bangalore. Its pretty tough to figure out who is a good builder. Good in terms of committing to what they are promising and clear tittle lands. TOP BRANDS are vouch able but I we need to pay a hefty lump sums for that. I'm targeting mid level builders who can be trusted and not sky high on prices. I've visited Century Eden as said ..everything looks good except the price of 2400 per SFT :) I'm thinking to visit SRR Homes (The Preserve) on NH7...anyone please let me know if you know of this project. Heard its collaborative project from different builders. And how about the location...can we expect good returns atleast after 5Yrs. Till 5yrs Im sure there wont be much hike in land prices over there.Please advise. P.S. My sincere thanks for your time to help a fellow being :)
