Hi Akash,
Delhi government has taken this new step to easy the property registration process. This process with not include any kind of property mafias or litigation. People want to register there property need not run from office to office for registration. This easy process will people to register their property quickly with out any glitch.
Hi Akash,
As per my knowledge, it is clarified to all sub-registrars that under the Registration Act, the documents containing contract to transfer for consideration of any immovable property must be registered compulsorily if the document has been executed after the commencement of Registration (Amendment) Act 2001.
Q:
Buyers are not aware of their rights in cases of project being delayed by builders. If some one buying any ongoing project & the possession got delayed then what a buyer should do ?
Hi Tushar,
As per my knowledge, recently, CREDAI recommend strongly to developers in the NCR to complete their existing projects before starting new ones. Definitely it is a good step taken by CREDAI. Perhaps, the developer fellowship needs to take the indication. Till that happens, buyers need to be aware of their rights.
Hi Guys,
But my question is what are reasons of delay? If you will discuss about this with builder he will give you number of excuses. Starting from legal to buyers not paying money in right time. So the actual reason may not seen to the buyers.
Hi Mr Raj Roy,
In my perspective, you have to check that the building's structural stability certificate or report of basic architect and structural engineer report for non-infringement of FSI/Sanctioned Plan is accessible. And guarantee that the paperwork and title documentation are all together. Check whether the developer has conveyed on the determinations, including construction quality, adherence to safety standards, regular amenities and accessibility of drinking water.Hi Mr Raj Roy,

Hi Subhankar,
The Delhi Development Authority has started examining applications of the allottees in the recent draw of its much talked-about housing scheme following allegations of discrepancies in the result. The housing authority, however, said it would not delay the process of final allotment which is slated to start in the second week of this month, when DDA will hold a camp for the successful applicants.
@ Subhankar,
The housing authority reportedly faced problems in dealing with the large number of application forms, numbering over 10 lakh. The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), which had conducted the draw for DDA's last housing scheme in 2010, was again roped in this time for the exercise.
Hi Guys,
In my point of view, this will help in checking the delay in development of infrastructure projects. This new order will finally replace the law that had hindered manufacturing and constrained the economic growth of the country and will allow companies to buy land effortlessly. This might also recover the hundreds of billions of dollars stuck in stalled projects.
Hi,
I heard earlier, issues related to land acquisition done for city’s expansion were generally not addressed but now this will change. Post the amendments, the act now meets the safeguard policy standards of international finance institutions such as the World Bank which can encourage private investors who generally stayed away from investing in the Public Private Partnership model.
@ Kajal,
In my point of view, following which there would be intense requirement for quality commercial spaces for both offices and shopping complexes to support it holistically. Plans to develop integrated township and model cities to support them within the DMIC will further fuel the need for heavy commercial activity to support the residential as well as office requirements.

Hi Guys,
I want to know , what legal provisions one takes recourse to if the developer firm has asked for upfront cash in black?
Hi Puneet,
In my point of view, this is something which is not governed. The same is basically on commercial understanding and not regulated. However, whatever is your commercial agreement please ensure that an agreement is registered in your favor so that you have a right and interest in that particular unit.
