Hi Satish, I have purchased an apartment too. Now they have a deadline of Feb'2013. I don't know how far this is true. I work abroad which makes it impossible for me to go visit the work site. But one of the executives said that the management would be compensating as per the clause in the contract. Kindly read it. They would pay that after the possession. I have shot them a mail saying its not justified and to deduct it from the remaining payable amount. The executives have no knowledge of what is happening. We, tenants should raise a voice together.
