Recently I visited Highend Paradise, builder is saying that they will start giving possession from 1st November, But I don't think They can give possession on that time.. Can anyone tell me about the builder reputation?

Yesterday Home loan guy told me that the construction of 2 floors in Highend is remaining. But he is saying that Builder will start giving possesion from the December as project is already delayed by 1 year because of GDA approval. But I am sure they can never give the posseion from December.. I think you guyz can understand..
