Q: There are lots of advertisements floating in the newspaper about NA plots available near Pune (shirwal, hinjewadi etc) Is that a good investment option compared to buying flat within pune limits?

Hi Abhijeet, in my opinion, investing in such areas can have both pros and cons. Some of the pros are far from hustle- bustle of city life, near to airport, peaceful life, etc. Cons can be you staying far from your near and dear ones in the city, all the major shopping centres, schools, railway station will be at the heart of the city. However, I feel that these far end areas will also flourish in near future as there are very less plots left within city limits for apartments' construction. So, all the builders are now eyeing on these areas. Also, now the property rates in such areas will be less compared to the apartments within city limits.
Thanks pravakar, you mentioned near to airport, is there any proposed airport in the near future? Also any specific "reliable" developer to deal with as there are many small developers coming up with all kinds of schemes in these areas...

Thanks Sanjay. I was looking for a plot of about 2000 sq.ft. however if the plot is NA then i would prefer taking a loan on it as i would like to have a bigger institute (like a bank) involved. Also since i am looking out for a plot for my own residing hence the location & neighbourhood would be utmost important. I think i know the guy you are talking about (mr.bhutani i believe)Thanks Sanjay. Hey thanks sanjay. Yes i have enquired with some local shopkeepers however some seem to themselves act as the brokers hence i doubt them. Till now it is not changed however speculations that it would be done by next 6 months. However i have heard that there are some plots which are NA there, is it possible? With the whole area in Green zone then how can some plots be NA? Q: Are there any NA plots in Khese park? If yes then what is the expected cost (per guntha) as i have heard that there are NA plots being shown by some agents for about 18lac/guntha.
