Sobha City increase in Electricity charges
Q: I have a 2BHK in Mykonos, I received an email from Sobha that the electricity connection is getting delayed and they expect that the KPTCL charges are going to be increased. Did any other Sobha City owners get this intimation and are we expected to pay beyond the agreement rates?
