Planning to buy Soho Mascot Manorath
Q: Have you heard about property in sec 16, Noida Extension that is Soho Mascot Manorath? How is that property? I am thinking to buy but I want some discount on it?

Has anyone recently gone to the site if the digging is complete ? When I last visited the site a month back the digging work for tower C/ D appeared done. It had not started for Tower A/ F. If someone who lives nearby can see for himself and inform the forum that will be great. I think this digging is going to take considerable amount of time and is a critical milestone when completed. Hi Kausick, I think most of us have paid the 20% amount. I guess the builder is in the process of getting the approvals etc. Once the project becomes bankable you may see some progress. What do we gain by asking these small shifting of milestones ? We have already entrusted our savings to them. I hope they keep their overall time lines. Came to know they are setting up the demo unit on the site. If you live close-by I suggest you make a site-visit. What do we gain by asking these small shifting of milestones ? Any idea when they sign for builder buyer agreement...they got the clearance from GNA..
Kousick, Did you say they have the clearance from GNIDA ? I was told by them the approvals are still awaited.

Hi ! I have not verified the approvals etc .. I had booked in the soft launch stage. No regrets as such, the project is designed quite well. The only thing as in any project is quick execution and that includes taking all approvals. I would recommend you to check the approvals before going ahead with the booking. All the best !Hi ! See any project will take at least 3 years to deliver. Factor in at least 6 more months of delay.
