Regarding flat purchase in Sucasa
Q: Hi, we are planning to buy a 3 BHK flat in sucasa, can anyone let us know how is the construction quality, amenities etc in the society and if there are any issues. thanks!

Hi Harshada, I am also planning to buya 3Bhk there...through agent. I am yet to negotiate but he has given me an offer for 73 lakhs....what should be the correct price (other way to put it is...for how much did you land this purchase for?)
Hi Harshada, could you please tell me if you applied for a home loan for it. We have been told that since it is a resale and completed flat but does not have a completion certificate and PCMC tax receipt the loan cannot be sanctioned on it.Could you please let me know your experience on the same. If possible, please let me know a number on which you can be contacted on.
