Upto my knowledge this project is not started from June( I am seeing their Advertisement from June onwards). Can any one tell me when they have started this project and why still they haven't start this project.
Hi Karthik, They are at 5th floor roofing at present for Block A, B, C, D.. Also they are going to start basement for Block P & Q on Jan 2015.. But my worries are, whether they will complete all of the blocks on mentioned date (i.e March 2016) or not ? Also the customer service is really not worthy of asking about the progress to them.. But compared to many other projects, i found these builders are selling at very reasonable price with good quality and best architecture.. Mukundan

HI All,
This is Mukundan (Working in IT Firm), recently i visited the site and there is no progress from last seven months and I am really frustrated on seeing the construction progress for Padmalaya, still they are at the 6th floor for Block A and 5th floor for Block B and 4th floor for Block C and 1st Floor for Block D and also they have not started for Block P & Q. The builders and customer service teams are fooling us with false commitments. Hi = Hearing the same answers again & again are really frustrating. I am residing abroad & there has not been even a proper answer provided till date. They are just dodging here & there and not providing a proper response. I spoke to one of the representative in Real Value Promoters office in Teynampet a month back and his response was that there is no funding the materials for this Project due to which it is getting delayed. I have paid 98% of the cost of the apartment and still it is in not in near completion stage. It is still int he same state as it was in early 2014.

Absolutely Horrible. After so much pursuing they sent a letter in Jan 2014 that they will BEGIN handing over from Jun 2014. I visited the site mid Dec 14 and to say the least the progress is pathetic. It will take another 8 months before they can think of handing over. Lets not forget that the commited handover date for Blovk 5 was Jun 2011, delayed a bit due to approvals, Now I paid entire amount and coughing out EMI interest month on month.
But the builder has launched 4 new projects in the city, completely indifferent to the delays with NeelKamal project. Wonder people wake up to the ploy. Truly I burnt my fingers.

Hi - I am also one of the owner of the flat and really frustated to hear the same reply many times. Certain houses in the same block is near completion stage like tiles, windows etc everything has been completed and in the same floor few houses are left out in a pathetic shape. I understand that they are concentrating on the common floor currently. I am very much fed up and unsure when they will handover the keys.

Hi all: We have also booked a 2BHK in block 2 in 2010 and being constantly told that we would get it 3 months from now. So super frustrating. We can't seem to get any meaningful updates from them. When do you think realistically they will hand over this? How many have received email for wood work?
