Today, I had made call to Suncity Rohtak office. On my being asked about the status of giving possession of sector 36 plots, I have been conveyed that some farmer / land owner has filed a suit against the company and some litigation is going on among the two parties. A stay has been granted on this issue by the Court of Law. I do not the real status or the true state of affairs.
