Their projects looks very reasonable and attractive at first sight. But soon you will realize the hidden reality once move ahead with your plan to own a flat. You will realize how dumb (to be precise donkey, even it has got better brain) are their crews all the way from Marketing guys, Site Engineers to lower level labors. If you want real and live opinion, contact any of their completed projects and on going project like SLS Springs Harlur. They sucks... they dont value their customers. May be builder as whole may be good. But their employees, they will turn you into *****. I can guaranty, you will end up in hospital even before you could move into your new flat. :) I mean it. In SLS sunflower we were told that they will complete by 2011 June, but it is still not done and now they are saying 2012 February only they can deliver. So dont trust on this as aug 2012 is the completion for Sls springs...

SLS Developers insist on early payments for the flats. You tend to pay almost 50-60% by the time Pillars are constructed. Need to pay interest for early disbursement on loans in SLS Silver Oak and other (near hebbal) the quality of flooring is not up to the standard and if you ask for replacement they tend to pay only 30% of the market value of the tiles. They claim they get at discounted prices . We tend to pay more for replacement similarly any modifications you want to make.SLS try to squeeze money from the customers. Their amenities are sick. Not at all worth for the money they charge. Sales persons don’t know what brands they are using for construction Since they are charging higher price in SLS Springs, I hope quality will be better Any other views?

Quality of sales guys at SLS developers springs is very pathetic. Also construction specifications mentioned in broucher is very generic. They say we ue good quality sanitaryware, electric equipments etc. Good quality is very relative. They use moderate quality brands for sanitary and electric inventory. Life of these will be very limited am not sure if they will be able to complete construction by Aug 2012. They have 3mnths grace period with no penalty clause for further delay. Sales guy says it will be completed by August 2012, which loos more of sales pitch rather actual information.qulity of amenities by SLS developers is very sad (not worth for what they charge). Request occupants of existing SLS ventures to comment on their capabilities and credibilities.
