Hi Sandip, got the rate 4075 psf,ongoing rate is 4200 psf. Its A wing, first floor. As discussed above there is no B wing now, its being treated as A wing only. Hi All, I wanted to know from those who have booked flat here, how is the payment schedule happening with each of you. Is it going according to the one that is mentioned in the agreement means based on progress.
Actually I have booked a flat on first floor and now the builder is doing plaster work for my flat and he is demanding the payment(10%) for the plaster work even though the exterior plaster is still to remaining.

yes, mine is also on first floor and sharmaji has told me that as soon as internal plaster is done he will be sending demand letter...

this is from vardhaman developers.. refer vardhaman heights in pimple saudagar.. this is not sukhwani's.. infact sukhwani is now setting up 2 projects beside vardhman's sales office...

Hope you guys and families are doing well. Has someone visited the site recently and see what is the progress? I am not in Pune so can not do that myself hence checking here.
brickwork was done till 5th floor and plastering was done for all 1st floor flats around a week back..progress seems ok..
