My husband booked one apartment in 2009 and from then... same story: delays due to various reasons. Yesterday we went to main office in Mahalaxmi and we spoke to one of the managers. She informed us that the building will not be completed before 2014 (which I really doubt, as the construction stopped at 10th floor and the building should have 28 floors!) and the only thing we can do is to wait. When we asked about the compensations which should be given as per the contract she practically admitted that the contract has zero (!!!) value. Come on, people, you and me invested lots of money, we can't let them fool us just like this! Let's fight together and if there is justice in this country, someone who has the power will make justice.
