Cost of purchase has gone up due to change in plan. No flower bed. approx. 10 to 12% cost increase in totality.
acc to the new bmc norms ....all other open spaces like flower beds open terraces or balconies will be accounted under carpet area....hence they have increased the carpet area according to the new fsi approvals ....however the same has been passed on to the actual consumer
