Hello Saji, I am keen on booking a flat here and will be going for a site visit soon.When I spoke to the marketing exec -Philip he told me that the project was initially BDA approved and now as the area comes under BBMP, the individual flat owners would need to get the approval from BBMP...he said its a very simple process but this has left me a bit confused on the approvals status of greendale phase 2. Would you be aware of this and if yes very keen to know your views on the same. Also is their a forum or a group where the current owners of phase 2 are active and could be approached.
