Hi, I am planning to book an apartment in Color Homes Florencia,West Tambaram.
Q: The cost per sqfoot is 3490. What is the prevailing rate?Is color homes reliable? Any information on this constructions will be really useful?

Latest Answer: Hi Vivek..there are more than 100 projects in Tambaram. There are both plots and apartments in this area. Currently i think three projects are ongoing namely Pace Anusa, Doshi Nakshatra II, Akarshana Apartments. i think there are some flats left for sale.
