Q: I have seen a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, NTI Layout next to Sahakara Nagar/Kodigehalli. I have heard that this site has cleared litigation charges. Has someone availed a nationalized bank loan in this area?

Q: Team I would like to apply for a EC in bangalore through online can I have the genuine link where I can do and also would appreciate if I get the price. I hear people charging 1500 for 20 years and would take 15 working days..( Attrocious) need help...

EC is a document that needs the signature and seal of the sub registrar and is a legal document that could make a hundred crore property worthless or vice versa. And if erroneously issued, could create legal problems for the sub registrar. Hence, the issuing agency takes two to three days atleast to issue the document.
