Everyone who ever has booked flat in KDP ETHOS. don't cancel u r bookings because that is what builder wants. because that project would be definitely relaunched with new price may be with new name, but if u have not cancelled ur booking, builder will have to give u flats on ur booking rates. u dont need any agreement for this just keep u r transaction details. it has happened in Noida Extension.
